Experience deep release, heart-opening and clarity as you journey through altered-state breathwork and tea ceremony guided by Sterling Rose Featuring music by katiebkind. Join us in sacred circle to let go of stuck energies and emotions in the body to receive healing through the power of the breath, energy work and sound activations. Sterling will gently guide the group through a style of holotropic breathwork that drops the body into an altered state of consciousness to support transformation and healing in all aspects. During the ceremony katiebkind will offer an epic sound journey while Sterling guides and offers hand-on energy healing. Following the breathwork session, we will integrate through journaling, discussion and tea ceremony. Take a journey with us and leave feeling lighter, joyful and rooted in your wholeness. No prior experience Needed!

What to bring:

  • Yoga/workout mat

  • Blanket/pillow or anything warm/cozy for comfort (we will be laying down in the breath for an hour)

  • Journal / writing utensil

  • Water bottle

This style of breathwork can be demanding physically, energetically and emotionally; therefore we do not recommend it for anyone that is pregnant, has cardiovascular disease, severe hypertension, schizophrenia, epilepsy, or recent major surgeries. Sterling and Katie are dear friends and colleagues, born + raised in the Buffalo, NY area. Upon Sterling’s return from 10 years working on the west coast, they have connected and built a deep friendship based on their shared love for holistic healing, expression and creation. Katie is joining Sterling for her signature breathwork ceremonies to add a special layer of sound activation and support!

  • Sterling is an artist, mentor and medicine woman with a passion for embodiment, breathwork and photography. Her work explores the dance of revealing and integrating the physical, mental and spiritual connections within, while reclaiming the power of expression. Sterling finds joy in her creative and highly intuitive process offering guidance, empowerment, and co-creation. Supported by her deep relationship with the elements, she curates sessions and retreats as sacred containers for activation, healing and creative expression.

    Sterling specializes in Altered State (Holotropic/Neurodynamic Breathwork) as well as traditional Pranayama and Wim Hof.

  • katiebkind is a spatial curator of sound and design. Her passion for spiritual exploration and travel is woven into the style of music she creates. Over the past 8 years, katiebkind has played locally in the WNY area and internationally in SE Asia and Costa Rica; bringing a soulful and vibrant energy into her sets. katiebkind understands the impact and healing potential of sound vibration and the richness it can bring to the listeners experience.

    Music is a potent embodiment tool that supports inner exploration and energetic connection. Katie's highly attuned presence helps cultivate a sacred container for this deeper work.
