Sterling is the founder of Sterling Rose Art, a business in the arts and wellness space focusing on self discovery, expression and personal growth. As an artist, mentor and medicine woman, Sterling offers workshops, ceremonies and retreats to guide people in an exploration and reconnection to self. Through her work rooted in the Pacific Northwest, New York, and internationally, Sterling supports people in their evolution with the tools of embodiment photography, breathwork, meditation, nature immersion and energy healing.

Sterling has explored and studied a variety of physical, artistic and metaphysical realms - witnessing profound transformation in herself to share with the world. Through her radical acts of self exploration, acceptance and heart coherence she embodies a life in flow, inspiring alignment and soul activation in others.
