What is a holistic wellness retreat?

Wellness retreats are enriching getaways that provide a safe sanctuary to allow a deeper self-discovery. A holistic approach to retreats, combining healing therapies, yoga, meditation, healthy meals and a soothing environment tend to shift people towards a more conscious and healthier approach to life. After a retreat, participants tend to return to their busy, demanding lives with a sense of renewal, empowerment and clarity.

What’s included in the retreat price?

The price of the retreat covers accommodations, transport, food/beverages, excursions, workshops and all parts of the program. Flights are not included and we will have a few optional add-on experiences to select from such as a massage and embodiment photo shoot.

Can I join if I’ve never done yoga before?

Absolutely! Yoga sessions will be all-levels and beginner friendly.

Do I have to participate in all the retreat activities?

That is up to you. We encourage you to honor your body, mind and spirit throughout. Listen to what you need in each moment and feel free to take a break when needed. Activities will be meaningful and spaced out accordingly.

How many guests will be at the retreat?

Our retreat is capped at 9 guests by design for intentional comfort and connection.

What is the cancellation policy?

A $500 non refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. The balance will be due by February 1, 2024. Flexible payment plans available upon request. 50% refund available by 12/31.
