The Self Soothe // 8-week Breathwork & Meditation Training 

Step into your wholeness and embark on a 1:1 journey to learn breathwork and mindful living techniques to support your physical, mental, emotional and energetic wellbeing. This course is tailored to provide a customized tool-kit for self healing, exploration and growth at all levels (beginners welcome). Through this 8-week experience you will learn the foundations of breathwork, meditation and energy clearing to build healthy rituals and routines that support your highest wellbeing and authentic desires! We will cover the powerful techniques of Pranayama, Wim Hof, and Altered-State Breathwork, among other mindful living practices.
